Artisan Bars

A bar of Belgian Couveture chocolate. This hotly anticipated and innovative new chocolate from Callebaut is made from existing cocoa bean varieties that have been identified as having the right attributes to be processed into Ruby chocolate. It has a naturally occuring pink colour and a flavour of red berries, with fresh sour notes.
