Shipping & returns

Our  truffles and cream chocolates come in boxes of six, twelve, eighteen or twenty-four in a gold presentation box, unless you have asked for something different or ordered one of our special presentation pieces. The gold box is then boxed in a tough outer box for its journey through the delivery system!  Other chocolates are packed in bags, the wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.

Cakes

Please note all our cakes are collection only.  Delivery within a 15 mile radius can be made for a small charge.  National delivery by special arrangement due to their fragile nature.

Delivery Within the United Kingdom

We use first class mail to deliver your chocolates. Please allow at least five working days from the placing of your order, at peak time e.g Easter and Christmas this can be 7 - 10 working days.

Delivery costs are as follows,

• for between 375g and 500g chocolates £5.95
• for over 500g, please send us an email for a quote.

If you live near us you can collect in person if you would like to. Please email us to arrange a day and time.

Summer Deliveries

Your chocolates will not appreciate heat, therefore please consider this when arranging delivery and the weather is warm to hot. When you receive your chocolates, please store them away from direct heat and sunlight.
